Who We Are
The Inclusive Entrepreneurship Alliance is a European network committed to making entrepreneurship accessible to all. We unite entrepreneurs, NGOs, business organisations, researchers, and citizens who believe that diversity fuels innovation and strengthens societies.
As an alliance, we act as a bridge between grassroots and community-based initiatives and European institutions, ensuring that the voices of underrepresented entrepreneurs are heard at the highest policy level. We connect people, ideas, and resources across Europe, building a truly inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem where opportunities are not limited by background, but empowered by diversity, inclusion and equity.
What We Do
- Advocate for inclusive policies ensuring entrepreneurship is recognised as a driver of equality, innovation, social cohesion and growth in EU strategies and programmes.
- Strengthen collaboration and build synergies between entrepreneurs, researchers, NGOs, businesses, and institutions across Europe to exchange knowledge.
- Promote promising practices showcasing successful models of inclusive entrepreneurship that can be scaled across Member States.
- Shape political and policy agendas by engaging with local, national and EU policymakers to place inclusive entrepreneurship at the heart of economic and social priorities.
- Empower diverse voices amplifying the perspectives of underrepresented groups so they can help shape Europe’s entrepreneurial future.
